By accessing and using PenteraX's cybersecurity services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

PenteraX provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security audits, compliance consulting, and security awareness training. All services are provided in accordance with industry best practices and applicable regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Obtain proper authorization before engaging PenteraX for testing activities
• Implement recommended security measures in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of testing methodologies and findings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Confidentiality

PenteraX maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, systems, and findings. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law or court order.

5. Limitation of Liability

PenteraX's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our testing activities are conducted with care, but we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified or that systems will not be affected.

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, tools, and techniques used by PenteraX remain our intellectual property. Clients receive reports and recommendations but do not acquire rights to our proprietary methods or tools.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations remain in effect, and clients must return or destroy any proprietary materials.
